We’re excited to have you on board as a publisher with MMP! To ensure a transparent, secure, and mutually beneficial partnership, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they set the guidelines for your participation in our network.

By joining MMP, you agree to comply with these Publisher Terms, which may vary depending on your location and the programs you participate in. You will also be subject to additional contractual documents relevant to your activities within our network. It’s important that you review the applicable terms based on your region, activities, and the data you process.

1. Eligibility and Registration
To become a publisher on MMP, you must meet the following criteria:
Age and Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to form binding contracts in your country.
Valid Website or Platform: You must own or operate a legitimate website, blog, social media account, or other digital property where you will promote our advertiser offers.
Accurate Information: During registration, you must provide accurate and complete details, including payment and contact information. Misrepresentation can result in immediate termination of your account.

2. Compliance with Laws and Ethical Standards
As a publisher, you are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, regardless of your location. This includes, but is not limited to:

Local Advertising and Consumer Protection Laws: All promotional activities should adhere to advertising laws and consumer protection regulations in the regions where your audience resides.
Privacy Regulations: You must respect global privacy laws, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the EU/UK, and other relevant data protection laws.
No Fraudulent Behavior: You are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that involve fraud, such as fake clicks, false leads, or misuse of affiliate links.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities
To maintain a high standard within our network, the following activities and content are not allowed:
Inappropriate Content: Your platform must not contain any offensive, illegal, or harmful content, including but not limited to adult material, hate speech, violence, or any content that violates intellectual property rights.
Spam: Spamming is not tolerated. This includes sending unsolicited emails, excessive commenting, or creating fake reviews to promote offers.
Brand Misrepresentation: You are prohibited from misusing or misrepresenting any of our advertiser’s brands, including unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

4. Promotion and Ad Placements
All promotional efforts must comply with our guidelines and those of the advertisers whose programs you are enrolled in. This includes:
Correct Use of Tracking Links: You must ensure that all tracking links provided by MMP are used correctly and are not altered or manipulated in any way.
Advertiser-Specific Terms: Each advertiser may have additional conditions regarding how their products or services are promoted, such as restrictions on pay-per-click advertising, voucher codes, and brand bidding. It’s your responsibility to follow these specific guidelines.

5. Commission and Payment Structure
As a publisher, you earn commissions based on successful actions driven through your affiliate links, such as sales, leads, or clicks. The structure is as follows:
Commission Payouts: Commissions vary by advertiser and program. Detailed commission rates can be found within your publisher dashboard for each specific campaign.
Payment Threshold: A minimum payout threshold applies. Once this threshold is reached, payments will be made according to the payment cycle (monthly, bi-weekly, etc.).
Transaction Reversals: Advertisers reserve the right to reverse commissions if actions are found to be fraudulent, incomplete, or canceled (e.g., returns of purchased products).

6. Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your relationship with MMP at any time by deactivating your account through the publisher dashboard. Similarly, MMP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you:
Violate any of the terms outlined in this document,
Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior,
Breach the agreement with any advertiser.
In such cases, MMP may withhold unpaid commissions.

7. Data Privacy and Protection
We take data privacy seriously, and we require our publishers to do the same. The applicable data protection annex will depend on your location and the data you process. Please read the relevant annexes below:
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP) Annex: Applies to publishers processing the personal data of Indonesian citizens.
GDPR Annex: Applies if you process the data of EU/UK individuals or if you are based in the EU/UK.
U.S. Privacy Annex: Applies if you process the personal information of U.S. residents.
You must obtain the necessary consents from users for the use of cookies and other tracking technologies, in line with applicable privacy laws.

MMP reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
